Systems Integrator
We are growing and adding a Systems Integrator to our Systems Integration and Test team. The role encompasses mechanical, electrical, and software systems and is responsible for the post-manufacturing validation of function and quality of Greenlight test equipment. The equipment is process-system related with proprietary software controlling a system of pumps, heaters, valves, vessels, and electrical components. Occasional overtime is required.

Role and Responsibilties:

• Quality inspection of equipment to ensure conformance to design documentation

• Check inputs/outputs, calibrate sensors and verify software configuration

• Set up electrical devices and conduct component functional tests

• Leak check systems and install heaters/insulation on process lines

• Identify and resolve installation and function issues, replace components when required

• Work with the facility team to perform equipment connections and building upgrades

• Provide feedback on quality and drive improvement of team processes and standards

• Create and update technical and procedure documents

• Other duties as required 


Your Profile and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology or Engineering (or equivalent)

• 1 or more years’ testing and assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

• An interest in contributing to the success of a clean tech company

• Skilled using hand tools and electrical diagnostic equipment

• Able to understand P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical documentation

• Strong attention to detail and process orientation

• Mechanical, electrical, and/or software troubleshooting skills

• Experience working in an environment with compressed gases

• Experience with one or more of the following would be considered an asset:

o    Line voltage electrical connections (or being a licensed electrician)  

o    Software programming and architecture 

o    Customer service and training 

o    Quality control experience 

o    First aid certification 

o    Pipe and tube fitting
