Responsibilities:

Performing test station commissioning including
-
Computer and software set up
-
I/O checks
-
Calibration of components
-
Functional testing equipment and delivering zero-defect equipment to QC for final test
-
PID tuning of process controllers on test equipment
-
Validating performance of equipment through automation scripting
-
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and software issues
-
Repairing most mechanical and electrical issues independently
-
Operating test stations in every aspect
-
Updating and maintaining equipment Issues lists
-
Creating and updating technical and procedure documents
-
Processing and tracking non-conformances and engineering changes
-
Conduct quality verification tests, process and review data
-
Tasks related to machine shipping preparation
-
Occasional travel to customer sites for installation, training, or calibration & servicing of test stations
-
Continuous improvement of processes and checklists with the SIT group.

Ensure zero-defect quality of equipment prior to shipping
-
Other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
-
Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
-
Proven troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
-
Experience working with pressurized gases and fluids
-
Strong PC set up and troubleshooting skills
-
Experience using mechanical and electrical hand tools and instruments

Experience with customer service
