Ross Bailey, B.Eng., MBA - President and CEO
Ross brings over 15 years of experience in electrochemical cell testing and fuel cells from his previous work at Ballard Power Systems and Hydrogenics Corp., where he held a variety of technical and leadership roles.
Ross has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Victoria and an MBA from Simon Fraser University. Ross is on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association, and holds a number of patents pertaining to fuel cell manufacturing and testing.
Mark Olfert, PhD. Physics - Chief Technology Officer
Prior to joining Greenlight, Mark worked at Hydrogenics Test Systems as the Director of Engineering and ultimately assumed the role of President. Before joining Hydrogenics, Mark spent a decade working in the automotive industry for Powerlasers Advanced Technology Center leading a design and integration team that built specialized automated laser welding equipment dedicated to high volume part production.
Mark has a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Victoria, and Masters and Doctorate degrees in Physics from the University of Waterloo.
Greig Walsh, B.Eng. - Director of Sales and Marketing
Greig has over 11 years of experience in the alternative energy industry. Prior to joining the Greenlight team, Greig was located in Shanghai, where he was responsible for business development and sales of test equipment and fuel cell products for Hydrogenics Corporation.
Greig's experience at Greenlight dates back to 2002, prior to a buyout by Hydrogenics. Before joining Greenlight Power, Greig held various engineering positions in the alternative energy, automotive and marine industries. Greig has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria.
Christian Bosio, BASc., P. Eng. - Director of Operations
Prior to working with Greenlight, Christian was the Engineering Manager at Hydrogenics Test Systems. He has 11 years of engineering experience, over eight of them in the alternative energy industry. Christian was a pioneer in the fuel cell test business, and has held roles in engineering, technical sales support, testing, and project management.
As the primary subject matter expert, he brings technical expertise, leadership, and experience to Greenlight. Christian has a BASC from the University of Toronto.
