HyWARE II™, our control and automation software, offers exceptional functionality with a user-friendly graphical interface. HyWARE II™, enhanced with our proprietary HyAL™ automation language and load following technology, comprehensively manages the full range of FCATS™ system parameters, including test station control, data acquisition, diagnostics, and safety subsystems. HyWARE II™ enables safe and reliable unattended operation.

AUTOMATED OPERATION
HyAL™ greatly increases the productivity of your test station.  It is a highly functional and reliable feature that automates the control and data acquisition of the system. A variety of test sequences can be easily programmed using an automation editor, allowing the test station to operate in a dynamic mode, completely unattended, 24 hours a day. All control and monitoring is done using a keyboard and mouse. Reporting is done in both real-time on screen as well as data logging. Sophisticated data analysis and standard or customized reporting tools are available as options.

DATA ACQUISITION
FCATS™ utilize a wide variety of data acquisition hardware, configurable based on need. Data acquisition is expandable to allow for the addition of extra analog or digital inputs or outputs. Modular network interfaces communicate over high speed Ethernet and RS485/RS232.

CENTRAL CONTROL CAPABILITY
Multiple Greenlight FCATS™ test stations can be controlled through one central computer using our central facility control capability.  This feature allows one operator to monitor, control and data log information from multiple machines.

REMOTE CONTROL CAPABILITY
Greenlight FCATS™ test stations are capable of remote operation via network access using an optional software package.
