DC voltage monitoring and AC impedance measurement, for single and multiple cells


Pictured above is Greenlight's board-based, patent-pending cell voltage monitoring system. Specifications include:
- Common Mode Voltage: up to 1000VDC (800+ channels for fuel cells, 200+ channels for Li Ion batteries)
- Input Voltage Range: +/-5V per cell
- Input Impedance: 1MΩ per channel
- Channel Accuracy: <+/-1mV (true)
- Communication: Ethernet / CAN Bus
- Windows-based driver available for custom integration
- LabVIEW VIs available for integration into NI-LabVIEW based software
The CVM system also offers industry leading temperature compensation to maintain accuracy specifications over a broad temperature range. The CVM unit is available as a stand-alone system, or fully integrated into Greenlight's testing equipment. It can also be configured for other standard I/O applications, such as thermocouple inputs.
Our other diagnostic products include:
- AC Impedance: Measuring the impedance of individual or multiple cells
- Impedance software to view and automatically generate JPG images of the Lissajous, Bode, and Nyquist plots
